Brock Mathis is a licensed general contractor with more than 25 years of experience and a Rancho Santa Fe native who knows the North County area as a lifelong resident.
He was not only raised here — Brock and his wife Michelle have raised their four children in this community. That kind of rootedness shapes everything about how he works.
Brock specializes in custom homes, remodels, and additions, but also carries many large-scale commercial projects and tenant improvement improvements in his resume.

Michelle brings the real estate expertise that sets Overt Homes apart. As a native of Carmel Valley, Michelle too grew up in the area and attended grade school through high school in the Del Mar school district. After college, she and Brock were married and quickly were back and establishing roots in Rancho Santa Fe. Building their construction and real estate business, working together as a team in the area that built them. As a licensed real estate agent for more than 25 years, she bridges the gap between construction and the market — helping clients make smart decisions from the ground up. She knows the ins and outs of the area. She has connections with families who have strong roots here, and as a mom, she has communal ties from raising her 4 daughters and being involved in the community.
